The fees for Thor College Summer Camp include 24-hour insurance, swimming instruction, and the weekly field trip.
In the event of cancellation prior to July 9, Thor College Summer Camp will refund all fees paid less the $50.00 processing fee per week of camp. In the event of cancellation after July 9, no fees shall be refunded. In the event of an emergency in which the parent cannot be contacted, emergency medical staff and Thor College Summer Camp staff may take appropriate action in the best interest of my child. Thor College Summer Camp is not responsible for articles of clothing or personal belongings lost or damaged at camp. I give consent for my child to leave camp to participate in authorized camp trips and be transported in Thor College Summer Camp vehicles. Thor College Summer Camp reserves the right to decline the application of, or send home, any child who according to the Directors’ discretion is detrimental to the general welfare of camp and other campers. I understand that in such a situation fees are not refundable.
